We had an amazing honeymoon getaway at Gold Suites. The room was spacious, boasting breathtaking views of the caldera. Loved sipping coffee on our private terrace each morning. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always available for recommendations or assistance. Breakfast each day was a treat, delivered promptly and enjoyed overlooking the stunning scenery. We made great use of the hot tub, which was a plus after daily adventures. The location was ideal, close to hiking trails and restaurants. However, the in-room safe malfunctioned, and our shower had weak pressure at times. Also, the WiFi was a bit hit or miss, especially outside. But, the incredible views and excellent staff really made the stay worthwhile.

The Superior Suite with jacuzzi and caldera view was amazing, and we loved the breakfast served on our private balcony every morning! Relaxing in the jacuzzi and enjoying the spa treatments made our stay even more special. Just a heads up, the paths near the room were a bit busy, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

Couple's getaway with fine views

The view from the balcony was fine and otherworldly, each sunset felt like a scene from a movie. The breakfast served in the room was good, enjoyed with a killer view of the Aegean Sea that made waking up worth it.

It wasn't inexpensive, but for the memories made, it's acceptable.

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was nothing short of amazing! The breathtaking views from our Junior Suite Caldera View allowed us to witness spectacular sunsets each evening. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Maria and Harris, who organized our transfers and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Breakfast served on our balcony each morning was a delightful start to the day, featuring fresh pastries and local specialties. The only downside was that the hot tub temperature was not as warm as we expected, which slightly affected our relaxation time.

Request for a room with a private terrace for increased privacy, which significantly enhances the overall experience.

Room cleanliness could use attention!!! The furniture showed signs of wear, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. The WiFi connectivity was inconsistent, making it difficult to rely on during my stay!!!

The décor was a lovely blend of luxury and comfort, making it feel like a true retreat. The accessibility features allow everyone, including seniors, to easily navigate the hotel, which enhances the relaxing atmosphere.

More seating areas for gatherings would be nice.
